Agreement to Terms
By booking a cleaning service with Omi 365 or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all services provided by Omi 365 in England and Wales.
Services Provided
Omi 365 provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Residential cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Recurring cleaning services
- Carpet cleaning
The specific services you receive will be those agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service or modify bookings if we determine the work is unsafe or outside our scope.
Booking and Payment
Quotes: All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work differs significantly from what was described.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, card payment, and other methods as confirmed at booking. A deposit may be required for large or commercial jobs.
Late Payment: Accounts not paid within 14 days may incur late payment fees and we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
By You: You may cancel or reschedule your booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value.
By Us: We will make every effort to honour your booking. If we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (such as staff illness or severe weather), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates at no additional cost.
Access to Property
You are responsible for providing access to your property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property and you have not notified us in advance, this will be treated as a late cancellation and fees may apply. Please ensure any pets are secured and any fragile or valuable items are stored safely before we arrive.
Liability and Insurance
Omi 365 carries public liability insurance. We take great care when cleaning your property, but if damage occurs due to our negligence, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.
Our Liability: We are liable for damage directly caused by our negligence. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided or £1,000, whichever is lower, unless the damage results from gross negligence.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring we are aware of any delicate items or special requirements before we begin work. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage to items not identified to us in advance.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will arrange to return and address the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply if you have prevented access or failed to provide accurate information about the work required.
Health and Safety
We follow all relevant health and safety regulations. If our team identifies a health or safety risk on your property, we may pause work until the issue is resolved. You agree to inform us of any known hazards (such as asbestos, mould, or structural issues) before we begin work.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Our staff will not disclose any information about your property or personal circumstances to third parties. We may use anonymised feedback and testimonials for marketing purposes with your permission.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it amicably. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution service or, as a last resort, pursue legal action in the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
